Marcio_LG: Cool selection! For me, the best are: Zach Schimpf; Mesita; Thunder Tillman ( "Exact Location of The Soul" is such a great song!!); The Lagoons; Slowes; Rainwater; Of Montreal (as always!); New Pope ("Love" is fantastic!); Midnight Faces; Mannequins on 7th Street; Lina Tullgren; Júníus Meyvant; Dent May; CC Mose; Blue States and the lovely Alex Rose. :D

isaactorrech@gmail.com: how download this? HELP ME!!!

bjf: Julsy must really, really, really, really, really like Feel The Pain by Dinosaur Jr.

Blalock: @gerraffe Glad you've enjoyed this one so far!

cfigueroa: how do i download this?
Posted 9 months ago
one_time_chad: Mass Gothic and Julsy are a couple of treats

Blanconada: Sexy baritones are out, adenoids are in. Midtempos and sad shit is in, summertime joy and chutzpah are out. I'm begging you young people, please play faster and sing about pure happiness. Even if you have to swear off marijuana and cellphones. Please. You're killing my (and everyone's summer).

Daena: can anyone put this in torrent? or in a zip file to download? ples ples ples
Posted 9 months ago
plurbit: @cfigueroa @Daena You can't download anymore. That era has come to an end.
Posted 8 months ago
bassline: i'm so sad. sounds variety and vocal qualities are disappearing. real valid artists and masterpiece songs-a-year are ever more rare.

mastermilo: End of era! no more downloading the tracks, all taken over spotify subscriptions etc etc. Shame it was the one thing that made BIRP stand out form the rest. But guess as you try to go more mainstream you loose what made you successful in the first place.

mastermilo: Genuine fans wouldn't mind buying the album if they could, it get people into new bands they would have never got in to if it wasn't for BIRP, i have certainly spent a fortune buying new bands material i have discovered via BIRP but hate this virtual library crap that Spotify and iTunes are now pushing.
Posted 8 months ago
mobilerod: The impossibility of download is a sad shortcoming, but I tend to believe it's not BIRP's fault itself. There's such a pressure to stop the possibility of free downloads, from the mainstream to certain alternative. As the interesting releasing platform BIRP has come to be, there could be an exception, but...

creativesnare: August 2016's choices have been some of the very best, ever.

whatdabirp: @Daena Install JDownloader2 and drag the SoundCloud link to it. It will fetch all the songs automatically.

NmB13: @mastermilo got to agree with you i spent a lot more on buying albums that i heard a track on birp also a lot that i wouldent give money for, i will not go over to spotify, apple virtuallity the real thing wins every time, will have to unsuscribe and search music elsewhere.

Folginator: @NmB13 Hey you can usually find the tracks you like on youtube and just convert them to mp3 to download with "youtube to mp3 converter".

jcalcazar: Dario!! Please help us download these!!! ;)

randomusername48: Being able to download this playlist to my phone/mp3 and peruse it all month is what has kept me coming back to BIRP to discover new artists since 2009. Artists that I share with my friends & purchase albums because I heard it here. Why do I now have to burn mobile data to discover new artists through this avenue? Please bring back the download feature! Why has this been removed?
Posted 8 months ago
MorganStillman: Anyone have any idea where to find music by Julsy? I found one album on Spotify from 2015...
Posted 8 months ago
dookie453: I've been downloading these playlists for years...Why stop? PLEASE bring back the download feature. Streaming is the worst. I always liked the fact that I could have the song. Please please please please please please bring it back.

coltonsanders: @NmB13 @mastermilo We agree with you. Unfortunately the law does not. And no one likes getting sued. Esp lonely music bloggers. But nevertheless, I'm certain good things will come to you if you look hard enough. The internet is full of people like BIRP and people who like BIRP. ;)
