Operators

Operators is a Montreal project, started in 2014 by Daniel Boeckner of Wolf Parade, Handsome Furs and Divine Fits, alongside Devojka and Sam Brown of Divine Fits and New Bomb Turks. EP1 came that same year, the first full-length, Blue Wave, in 2016 on Last Gang Records, and a second, Radiant Dawn, in May 2019. The band recorded it around a lot of other work: the promotional cycle for Wolf Parade's Cry Cry Cry, a run of shows playing material from the Handsome Furs catalogue that sold out in under six hours, and an original song Boeckner wrote for the 2018 film Mandy.
