Eru : I will be hitting most major cities in Europe. I have a eurail pass that allows me to travel through 23 countries, unlimited amount of travel. I will be by myself. I love a good beer, I am a DJ so I will be carrying tons of music with me. Im also kinda quiet and like to listen. Oh and I have a nice camera and love a good scenery.

Artist Mix

Our summers were pretty well soundtracked thanks in large part to players like The Busride EP from the beat production duo of Skeleton Zoo.

Counting Devil's Lettuce as one of our favorite and most-revisited tracks of the year, the duo of Steve Goodwin and Ezekiel Bartnett spearheaded their own brand of glitch-heavy collaging under the oddly fitting 'post-elevator' genre.

Since The Busride EP was released back in August, Skeleton Zoo have given homage to Shimmy Shimmy Ya, dropped a remix for your boy Ricky Eat Acid and now are stepping in to curate a brand new mix for our ongoing artist mix series.

The mix is a conglomeration of everything that made us fall in love with their music in the first place --- the ability to shapeshift between genres, tempos, tones and styles with such ease and grace.  Give a listen to their mix down below and slide it to the top of your pregaming queue.  Bang on.

The lineage of the BIRP v. Thomas Michael lovestory is etched pretty deep in the annals of this site. There were the times last year where I was left clinging to his Jaded Hipster Choir releases like they were the last piece of music I ever wanted to listen. And, then, there are times like now ; where all I want to do is sit back and listen to his debut LP Pythia for the 7,848th time.

That is why I'm always psyched to present anything from the man who is helping Edmonton become the new Brooklyn. This go around --- it's in the form of the next addition to our on-again-off-again Artist Mix series. Tom ; embracer of all things belonging on the dancefloor --- has prepped Positive Vibrations --- a 20 minute trip through a chopped up sea of everything electronica for our latest in the series of artist mixtapes.

It's game ready to soundtrack any day of the week needing a lift. Check it out now and...seriously...go grab Pythia if you haven't. Now.
