History Books began as a solo project by Seth McGaha in Minneapolis MN. With the addition of James McGaha and Chris White, the group is ready to release 2 albums. The McGaha brothers are originally from the Portland Oregon area, and have performed both as solo artists and collective bands in the past 5 years. Baby's First Buzz Cut EP is a stripped down acoustic album that serves as a vague preview for the groups full length album, "Love the Swimmer, Hate the Swim", due January 12th 2010.
